Each objective reinforced the others, fueling sustained commercial momentum.

The strategy combined first-party customer intelligence, incrementality-led media investment, and premium commerce placements across paid social, search, retail-aligned media, linear TV, and connected TV. Activation prioritized measurable outcomes. Budgets flexed dynamically based on in-market performance signals, with clear baselines guiding every decision. Results demonstrated commerce media as a primary driver of business outcomes.

During Cyber Week, revenue increased 42% year-over-year and brand search site sessions rose 695%. Paid social and search delivered the majority of new customer traffic, with 88–89% of visitors new to site. A targeted VIP print and digital catalog activation delivered double-digit incremental lift, reaching up to +21.9% among top-tier customers with incremental ROI up to 3.51x. Brand demand strengthened simultaneously, with double-digit awareness lift and triple-digit branded search growth among priority audiences. This campaign shows how commerce media—planned, executed, and measured as a system—can drive immediate revenue, long-term customer value, and scalable growth.
