Kepler Promotes Garrett Dale to Chief Media Officer

Kepler has promoted Garrett Dale to Chief Media Officer, formalizing an expanded leadership role for one of the company’s co-founders as the agency continues to advance its global media ambition.
Dale has been with Kepler since its founding in 2012, playing a central role in shaping the agency’s approach to media, partnerships, and performance as the business scaled. Most recently serving as Chief Partnership Officer, he has operated at the forefront of the media ecosystem, collaborating with platforms, publishers, and technology partners to ensure Kepler and its clients stay aligned with where the industry is headed.
Over more than a decade, Dale has played a central role in the evolution of Kepler’s media capabilities. He led the Optimization and Innovation team for several years, helping drive new thinking around how media is planned, activated, and measured. He launched Kepler’s strategic sales partnerships with Amazon and Google and played a leading role in the acquisition and integration of Napkyn, Kepler Group’s Google Sales Partner entity.
Dale is also a recognized industry voice. In 2025, he has spoken during Cannes Lions and Advertising Week NYC, and has been featured in publications including AdWeek, AdAge, and Digiday, sharing perspectives on media effectiveness, industry headlines and partner capabilities.
As Chief Media Officer, Dale will oversee Kepler’s media capabilities and centers of excellence globally, shaping how media is designed, delivered, and activated across markets. He will work closely with leaders across kyu and Hakuhodo to bring differentiated solutions to enterprise marketers, while continuing to advance offerings such as Kepler Influence, Kepler Commerce and Kip’s (Kepler Intelligence Platform) agentic AI integrations.

Dale will continue as a member of Kepler’s Global Leadership Team and C Suite, partnering closely with Global CEO Remy Stiles to guide the next phase of the agency’s growth.
This promotion marks a clear step forward for Kepler’s media leadership as the company continues to expand its impact across markets, partners, and clients.
